I know everyone has a hard time with their in-take of water. I find it harder in the winter than in the summer for obvious reasons. The one thing that I bring with me and have in my gym bag is crystal light on the go packets. I find that the water goes down faster when there is a little taste to it. Go pick some up and carry with you. When you are having a hard time drinking plain water - try this. Also - there are generics at Meijer, Target, etc. You don't have to pay the full price for Crystal Light. They are just as good.
Also, Katie will you put that link to that article regarding diet soft drinks? Since reading it, I haven't had a Diet Coke.
