So far, so good. I am fighting that nasty cold - exhaustion thing as well. So exercising is out. But I was doing it regularly before & plan to get back on the horse when I can get some energy back. Right now I have a lo fat flat bread with natural pb and no sugar jelly as a roll up for breakfast. For lunch, I have tuna with light mayo, red peppers, pickles and cherrie tomatoes mixed together with a 1/2 cup of LF cottage cheese. Dinner is my problem. But last night I had a salad with veggies, light ranch dressing and cottage cheese. It will take me a while to wien off the ranch. I'm like a heroin addict with that stuff. But I am adding a lot more veggies and the pure fact that there is no sugar or white flour in that menu is saying a lot.

I'm still struggling with the water thing. But baby steps. I really need help with snacks. Any suggestions. No hummas please Katie - I tried, its not for me.

Great job cutting out white flour, Crista! That would be very hard for me to do.

As far as snacks go, I cut up veggies, I pack fruit and I also love trail mix, but I don't like the store bought kind. I make my own by mixing my favorite dried fruit and nuts. Do you like nuts? Even if you only like one kind of nut, you can do a good trail mix.
